General information
There are currently 98 people in Kahayan Pahlot who are married and before that they have always been responsible for their involvement as community members in the Kahayan Pahlot Mourning Committee. So that in the coming times, the Kahayan Pahlot Development Committee will take more steps for the welfare of the community. Under this purpose, a community development budget plan was prepared under the aims and objectives of the committee, the first fund collection of which was the interest of the community members. And it is the result of the overall hard work of the committee members.

کہیان پہلوٹ میں اس وقت 98 اسے افراد ہیں جو شادی شدہ ہیں اور اس سے پہلے کہیان پہلوٹ ماتم کمیٹی میں بطور کمیونٹی ممبران اپنی شمولیت کو ہمیشہ زمیداری کے ساتھ نبھاتے رہے ہیں ۔اسی معلومات کی بنیاد پر کہیان پہلوٹ ڈویلپمنٹ کمیٹی کا قیام عمل میں لایا گیا تاکہ آنے والے اوقات میں کہیان پہلوٹ ڈویلپمنٹ کمیٹی،کمیونٹی کی فلاح وبہبود کے لیے مزید اقدامات اٹھائے۔اس مقصد کے تحت کمیٹی کے عراض ومقاصد کے تحت کمیونٹی ڈویلپمنٹ بجٹ پلان تیار کیا گیا جس کی پہلی فنڈز کولکشن کی گئی جو کمیونٹی ممبران کی دلچسپی اور کمیٹی ممبریان کی مجموعی محنت کا نتیجہ ہے ۔

The number of members participating in the budget is (63) out of which (10) members are unmarried so the number of active members is 53.
According to this calculation, the interest of our active members was (53.2%) along with (10%) additional funds deposited in the budget by our volunteers which constituted (10.6%) of the total amount. The rest (89.4%). ) from our active members
is the accumulated amount.
بجٹ میں حصہ لینے والے ممبران کی تعداد ( 63) ہے اس میں سے ( 10 ) ممبران اسے ہیں جو کہ غیر شادی شدہ ہیں اس لیے ایکٹو ممبران کی تعداد 53 ہے
اس حساب وکتاب کے تحت ہمارے ایکٹو ممبران کی دلچسپی( 53.2٪) رہی اس کے ساتھ (10٪) ہمارے والینٹر کی طرف سے بجٹ میں اضافی رقم جمع کروائی گئی جو کے پوری رقم کا (10.6%) بنتا ہے ۔باقی( 89.4٪) ہماری ایکٹو ممبران کی طرف سے
جمع شدہ رقم ہے ۔

Total Income & Expenditure Invoice
The total accumulated amount with the Finance Secretary for the month of June 2024 is Rs. (44100) out of which Rs. (25000) has been paid to the imam of the mosque. An amount of (1700) rupees was spent and attendance registers and cash books were purchased in the seminary worth (930) rupees.
After that, the savings can be used to spend more on the development of the mosque. The overall details of which will be formulated during or at the end of this month.
